The Administrative Console (PDMxOutAdmin.exe) works only when the PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor is installed. The Administrative Console provides a convenient interface to edit the PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor server's settings.

If the PlantSight E3D Bridge Extractor server is installed correctly (as well of the status of the service), you should see it in the standard Administrative Tools/Services application. This location is where you can start and stop the server.
